Michael R. Jeresaty

Michael Jeresaty is President and co-founder of Garnet Health and Insurance Services. He has over twenty years of marketing and sales experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in managed care and pharmaceutical products.

Mr. Jeresaty was previously senior marketing manager at U.S. Healthcare in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining U.S. Healthcare, he headed Merck, Sharp, and Dohme's marketing effort in Western New England.

Marc H. de Lemos

Marc de Lemos serves as Vice President of Operations and is responsible for directing internal processes throughout Garnet.  An employee since 1997, Marc has been instrumental in the development of Garnet's homegrown data systems and continues to participate as the lead application programmer for most of our current end user systems.  He has worked with health insurance data and information systems for over eighteen years, the past seventeen in managed care.  Marc's previous experience includes stints with Healthsource HMO, Matthew Thornton Health Plan and Prudential Insurance.
