What exactly do you do for me?

• We work with you to understand your enrollment needs.
• We collect your data and store it in our CredNet database so that we can quickly produce whatever applications are required. 
• We create pre-populated applications and submit them to the health plans on your behalf.
• We track the process of each application so you can see its status at any time through your website login.
• We follow regularly with the payors to make certain your application is progressing.
• We notify you electronically as soon as we know a provider number has been issued.

How will I know what’s going on?

• Your Account Manager will keep in regular contact with you. We provide reports so you know the status of all outstanding applications.   Better still,  you can see the status of every application when you sign in to your account online.
