Garnet Health and Insurance Services was founded in 1995 to give health care providers a way to navigate the excessive costs and inefficiencies in provider credentialing. Garnet provides a comprehensive set of credentialing services using an innovative, streamlined approach that combines confidential data collection with optimized technology-driven data storage and reporting. Marc H. de Lemos

Marc de Lemos serves as Vice President of Operations and is responsible for directing internal processes throughout Garnet.  An employee since 1997, Marc has been instrumental in the development of Garnet’s homegrown data systems and continues to participate as the lead application programmer for most of our current end user systems.  He has worked with health insurance data and information systems for over twenty years.  Marc’s previous experience includes stints with Healthsource HMO, Matthew Thornton Health Plan and Prudential Insurance.

Denise M. Benevento

Our Senior Account Manager, Denise has been with Garnet since 1998. Her tenure with Garnet gives her an unparalleled understanding of our systems, and she uses this to assist our clients in their pursuit of accurate health plan enrollment.  Denise understands how confusing the enrollment process can be, and she uses her knowledge and impeccable organization to make the process as smooth as possible.

Gregory M. McLaughlin

A ten year Garnet veteran, Greg’s primary responsibility as Vice President of Technical Services is to make sure our client data is secure and readily accessible. He oversees the technical infrastructure that supports our database and networks so that data flows easily from our clients to the target health plans. Because of this integrated data network, our clients can view and edit their data, download applications, and see the latest status on their enrollment requests with a minimum of hassle and a maximum of clarity.
