Tired of filling out enrollment applications by hand? Garnet can pre-populate those applications for you, saving you time and hassle. Our Application Completion Service is great for:
- Smaller practices that don’t have staff devoted to filling out applications.
- Larger practices that would rather have their staff dealing with the payors than filling out applications.
- Very large practices that need to produce dozens of applications at a time.
Give us the information once. We’ll store your data in our secure CredNet database so we can quickly produce any required application or report. When you want an application, or two, or twenty, request it online. We’ll print it and send it to you, or you can download it from our website. We will respond to as many requests as you like - you never have to complete an application again.
How do you keep my data current?
- The expiration dates of your date sensitive information (license, D.E.A. certificate, etc.) are stored in our CredNet database, so we know when they expire. We will automatically notify you of expiring documents and request an updated document from you.
Do you complete applications for all HMOs?
- YES. We have most major HMO applications in our files, and many of the smaller ones. We will produce a typed and accurate application on the proper form straight from our CredNet database. We are always adding more applications to our database, and will handle requests for any HMO that you require.
What about Medicare, Medicaid, and hospital applications?
- YES. We handle quite a number of Medicare and Medicaid applications for our customers already. As for hospitals…some of our customers are hospitals, who purchase our services for their medical staff.
